When facilitating strategy or other deliberate strategic conversation, I like to use AI as a spark for a conversation, not a replacement. Sensemaking happens between people not between bots. Always aim to leverage AI to take human conversations farther than they could ever go alone. For example… not after a meeting but during the session, have AI deliver live feedback on the dialog - fact-checking, challenging biases, etc.
