As a facilitator incorporating AI into my sessions, I use the Sandwich Principle this way… We have an activity to accomplish in a fixed time. I put the challenge out there, and have people discuss/debate/spitball a few ideas. Then we engage the agents. Unleash the problem on GPTs. We come back and bring it all in, comparing our original very human biases/assumptions with the AI results, and complete the collabioration sandwich. Yum!
